What You'll Do8
- 1Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment for children aged 0-5.
- 2Implement age-appropriate curriculum and learning experiences for your assigned age group.
- 3Foster social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development through daily activities.
- 4Complete observations, assessments, and classroom documentation to track each child's progress.
- 5Maintain positive communication with families about children's progress and daily experiences.
- 6Collaborate with fellow teachers and administration to support classroom success.
- 7Ensure compliance with all licensing, health, and safety regulations.
- 8Build strong relationships with children and families while creating a welcoming classroom community.
Requirements10
- 1Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education required for Infant and Toddler roles.
- 2Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education required for Preschool role.
- 3Experience working with infants in a licensed childcare setting.
- 4Experience working with toddlers in a licensed childcare setting.
- 5Experience leading a preschool classroom.
- 6Strong understanding of infant development and milestone-based learning.
- 7Ability to create engaging, developmentally appropriate activities for toddlers.
- 8Strong understanding of curriculum planning, classroom management, and kindergarten readiness skills.
- 9Previous experience as a Lead Teacher in a childcare setting preferred.
- 10Strong communication and organizational skills.
