What You'll Do8

  • 1Develop and implement creative and interactive lesson plans that promote social, physical, and intellectual growth in preschool children.
  • 2Lead classroom management, ensuring a safe, engaging environment that meets all licensing guidelines and company standards.
  • 3Mentor and support assistant teachers, fostering a collaborative team culture focused on child development.
  • 4Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support child achievement and center success.
  • 5Adapt activities to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities, using hands-on materials and technology.
  • 6Monitor and assess child progress, communicating milestones to families and adjusting curriculum to meet individual needs.
  • 7Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting classroom that stimulates curiosity and learning.
  • 8Implement health and safety protocols, including proper supervision and emergency procedures.

Requirements8

  • 118+ years of age and ability to meet state and center education requirements.
  • 2Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
  • 3Ability to work indoors/outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
  • 4Strong communication and interpersonal skills for family and team interactions.
  • 5Passion for early childhood education and child development.
  • 6CPR and First Aid certification preferred, or willingness to obtain.
  • 7Basic computer proficiency for record-keeping and curriculum tools.
  • 8Must pass background check and meet licensing standards.
