Overview
We seek a passionate Lead Teacher to inspire young minds at Learning and Fun LLC. This role involves creating a warm classroom where children thrive through play and discovery while developing developmentally appropriate lessons across literacy math science and arts. You will support cognitive social-emotional and physical growth manage classrooms with compassion and collaborate with families.

- 1Design Build and deliver creative lessons that foster literacy math science and art skills
- 2Support cognitive social-emotional and physical development of students
- 3Maintain a nurturing classroom environment with consistent discipline
- 4Foster strong partnerships with families to enhance child outcomes
- 5Collaborate with teaching staff to implement curriculum standards
- 6Organize and lead age-appropriate activities aligned with developmental milestones
- 7Assess student progress and adjust instructional strategies accordingly
- 8Prepare documentation for regulatory compliance and reporting
- 9Participate in team meetings to share best practices and coordinate events
- 10Contribute to school-wide initiatives that promote early childhood education
- 11Demonstrate leadership during transitions and daily routines
Requirements5
- 1NYS Teaching Certification in Early Childhood (B–2 N–6 or 1–6)
- 2Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- 3Strong knowledge of child development and effective classroom practices
- 4Excellent communication skills and team-oriented mindset
- 55+ years of experience working with young children
Salary Insight
