You'll own daily classroom operations for Pre-K children at Aim High Leadership Center, supporting lead teachers in a safe, engaging environment. What You'll Do9

Requirements8
- 1High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2Must earn Child Development Associate (CDA) credential with assistance from Aim High.
- 3High energy and ability to work well with others in a team environment.
- 4Strong oral and written communication skills, plus basic computer skills.
- 5A strong understanding of child development and early childhood education principles.
- 6Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- 7Infant/child CPR and First Aid certification.
- 8Must clear full background check and pass health screening.
