What You'll Do7

  • 1Lead a multi-discipline engineering team delivering complex EPC projects for power generation clients, focusing on gas turbine technology.
  • 2Own project budgets, schedules, and quality requirements across multiple disciplines for mega projects.
  • 3Develop engineering deliverables, including equipment specifications and material recommendations, using AutoCAD and PDMS.
  • 4Coordinate with clients to define key interests and drivers, resolving project changes directly under Project Manager supervision.
  • 5Support business development by contributing to proposals and engineering estimates, applying EPC delivery methods.
  • 6Review lower-level engineering work to ensure compliance with design guides and standards, and provide technical leadership for combined cycle projects.
  • 7Drive solutions to achieve project goals, integrating gas turbine and HRSG systems into reliable power plants.

Requirements7

  • 111+ years in engineering management for power generation EPC projects, with a focus on simple and combined cycle gas turbines.
  • 2Active professional engineer (PE) license, supporting engineer of record (EOR) requirements.
  • 3Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited program.
  • 4Advanced knowledge of engineering design principles and applicable design guides and standards.
  • 5Working knowledge of procurement processes, contract administration, and proposal development.
  • 6Experience managing multi-billion dollar EPC programs for US utilities.
  • 7Travel to client sites as needed.
