You will own daily janitorial services and exterior upkeep for a residential community in Miami, keeping common areas clean, safe, and welcoming for residents and guests. What You'll Do7
- 1Clean common areas including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, stairwells, and amenity spaces daily
- 2Maintain exterior areas by collecting trash, sweeping walkways, cleaning parking areas, and removing debris
- 3Lift and move furniture, bulk items, supplies, and waste materials, often exceeding 50 lbs
- 4Support clean-up efforts after events, maintenance projects, or weather-related impacts
- 5Monitor common areas for safety hazards, damage, or maintenance needs and report issues promptly
- 6Assist with setup and breakdown of community events or meetings as needed
- 7Follow established safety procedures, cleaning standards, and HOA policies
Requirements7
- 1Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull heavy objects, typically up to 50 lbs or more
- 21+ year experience in janitorial, porter, or maintenance work preferred
- 3Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- 4Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- 5Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- 6Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety practices
- 7Professional demeanor and respectful communication with residents and staff
