What You'll Do8
- 1Build relationships while delivering exceptional service to residents and guests
- 2Design and execute cleaning strategies for laundry room garbage room breezeways stairwells parking garage pool deck capri room
- 3Sweep mop floors dust surfaces wipe doors railings walls and common touchpoints
- 4Collect paper litter and debris throughout property
- 5Empty trash receptacles and remove cobwebs from ceilings corners walkways
- 6Deodorize common areas and maintain fresh environment
- 7Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisor
- 8Assist with preserving community appearance and cleanliness
Requirements7
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Spark and Airflow
- 35+ years working in residential hospitality
- 4Resort management certification
- 51-3 seasons of relevant experience
- 6Authorized to work in United States
- 7Full-time Monday through Friday
