Overview
As a Porter/Groundskeeper at MMS Group, you will maintain cleanliness and curb appeal for a 210-unit residential property in Miami Beach. You will perform daily cleaning of common areas, handle trash removal, and report maintenance concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor. Working with minimal direction, you will ensure the property looks its best for residents and visitors. What You'll Do5
- 1Clean all common areas daily, including dusting, sweeping, wet mopping, vacuuming, and emptying garbage.
- 2Report vandalism, missing light bulbs or fixtures, and missing smoke detectors or extinguishers to the Maintenance Supervisor.
- 3Remove litter and debris from interior common areas daily and assist with exterior grounds maintenance.
- 4Perform additional duties as outlined in the job description to support property operations.
- 5Work independently to organize tasks, manage time, and prioritize cleaning projects.
Requirements6
- 1Experience in janitorial, landscaping, general labor, or groundskeeping.
- 2High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 3Ability to perform heavy lifting, bending, kneeling, stooping, climbing, and balancing.
- 4Capability to carry up to 50 lbs.
- 5Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- 6Reliable, professional demeanor with a commitment to work safety and risk management programs.
