Maintenance Supervisor - Miami

Lead technical and mechanical work to ensure building and community standards. Oversee maintenance operations and manage vendor relationships.
What You'll Do11
- 1Assist with work orders and routine upkeep by diagnosing defects and executing repairs
- 2Manage make-ready processes for vacant units including inspections and punch lists
- 3Develop cleanliness and appearance standards for community spaces
- 4Inspect contractor and vendor work to verify quality compliance
- 5Maintain inventory of spare parts and coordinate supply orders
- 6Perform monthly preventative maintenance as outlined in policy
- 7Contribute to budget development for repairs and capital projects
- 8Support cost-cutting initiatives by repairing rather than replacing components
- 9Conduct safety meetings and ensure MSDS sheets are current
- 10Stay updated on OSHA and safety regulations
- 11Demonstrate respectful customer service with residents and staff
Requirements9
- 1High school diploma or equivalent experience
- 2Property management or building maintenance experience
- 3EPA certification Type I or II
- 4Valid driver’s license for golf cart operation
- 5Ability to lift up to 25 pounds independently
- 6Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- 7Knowledge of maintenance software systems
- 8Strong written and verbal communication skills
- 9Basic mathematical proficiency for financial documentation
