What You'll Do10
- 1Sweep, blow, and pick up trash and pet waste from sidewalks, parking lots, and courtyards daily.
- 2Clean lobbies, hallways, stairwells, laundry rooms, fitness centers, and restrooms to keep them spotless.
- 3Stock supplies like toilet paper, soap, and paper towels in all common areas.
- 4Wipe down windows, doors, and glass surfaces to maintain a polished look.
- 5Empty trash receptacles and ensure dumpster areas stay clean, following recycling rules.
- 6Remove bulk trash from common areas and around dumpsters.
- 7Assist residents with carrying items and provide directions or answers.
- 8Remove snow and ice, blow leaves, and pressure wash exterior surfaces as seasons change.
- 9Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the Maintenance Supervisor or Community Manager immediately.
- 10Use a smart device and Microsoft Outlook for property operations and communication.
Requirements8
- 1High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- 2Some custodial or maintenance experience preferred.
- 3Valid driver's license for operating golf carts on property.
- 4Ability to use a personal smart device for apps and email.
- 5Comfortable with basic computer tasks, including Microsoft Office.
- 6Ability to read, write, and speak English.
- 7Physical stamina to lift over 50 pounds and stand, walk, and bend frequently.
- 8Willingness to work a five-day onsite week, including weekends.
