What You'll Do8
- 1Maintain curb appeal daily across the property including trash pickup and waste station maintenance
- 2Blow sidewalks breezeways and parking lots and pressure wash common areas on a scheduled basis
- 3Clean common areas stairwells amenity spaces and the pool area to guest-ready standards
- 4Maintain inventory and organization of equipment and supplies in the maintenance shop
- 5Assist with rent-ready units trash removal patio clean-up and final touch-ups during maintenance
- 6Support the maintenance team with deliveries material handling and preventive maintenance projects
- 7Conduct daily property walks report safety hazards and coordinate with the Maintenance Supervisor
- 8Keep dumpster areas clean and ensure a safe welcoming environment for residents and visitors
Requirements5
- 1High school diploma or equivalent or current enrollment
- 2Ability to perform physical outdoor labor in varying weather conditions
- 3Reliable punctual and self-motivated with strong attention to detail
- 4Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends
- 5Valid driver`s license and reliable transportation
