What You'll Do11
- 1Execute daily custodial tasks including sweeping mopping vacuuming dusting and trash removal throughout interiors and exteriors
- 2Perform comprehensive grounds maintenance directing trash collection power washing and debris cleanup
- 3Thoroughly clean breezeways by eliminating cobwebs bugs and applying protective treatments
- 4Conduct basic landscaping activities such as pruning watering and monitoring irrigation systems
- 5Assist with make-ready procedures by preparing vacant units for occupancy
- 6Operate specialized equipment like power washers backpack blowers and floor scrubbers
- 7Support pool maintenance by managing chemical levels and routine cleaning tasks
- 8Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and after-hours assignments
- 9Complete all work orders within 24-48 hours while maintaining accurate documentation
- 10Address pending tasks and establish clear completion timelines
- 11Ensure adherence to safety regulations and regulatory compliance standards
Requirements10
- 1High school diploma or GED preferred with minimum one year maintenance experience
- 2Proficiency in diverse skilled trades including construction repair and installation
- 3Physical stamina to walk stand climb stairs and lift items up to fifty pounds
- 4Ability to operate power washers floor scrubbers and other maintenance equipment
- 5Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for property upkeep
- 6Experience with landscaping techniques and basic pool care fundamentals
- 7Willingness to work flexible schedules including nights weekends and on-site demands
- 8Commitment to safety protocols and ability to identify workplace hazards
- 9Valid driver’s license preferred though waiver options exist
- 10Basic computer literacy for record keeping and communication
