What You'll Do8

Requirements8
- 12+ years of college coursework or equivalent work experience in an administrative or healthcare setting.
- 2Medical terminology certification or coursework, with demonstrated knowledge of clinical terms.
- 31+ years of computer data entry and word processing experience (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel).
- 42-3 years of related experience in hospital or physician referral coordination.
- 5Familiarity with hospital referral protocols and policies, as gained in prior roles.
- 6Analytical skills to resolve patient referral problems and interpret physician needs.
- 7Excellent telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills for liaising with physicians.
- 8Ability to work night shift (7:00 pm - 7:30 am), including weekends and holidays.
