What You'll Do9
- 1Evaluate patient functional abilities and determine intervention needs
- 2Design and implement individualized treatment plans addressing physical social spiritual cultural educational and age specific needs
- 3Administer skilled treatment while ensuring safety and modifying plans as needed
- 4Document assessments and progress using evidence based practices
- 5Communicate patient information clearly to physicians nurses and interdisciplinary teams
- 6Supervise PTAs ATC therapy technicians and students while ensuring competency
- 7Participate in process improvement initiatives and attend required meetings
- 8Interact with internal and external partners to coordinate patient care
- 9Maintain accurate records and adhere to regulatory agency guidelines
Requirements5
- 15+ years building therapeutic programs with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading multidisciplinary rehabilitation teams
- 3Current Physical Therapy license in Arizona or completion of state licensure within six months
- 4BLS certification and proficiency with electronic health records
- 5Ability to collaborate with diverse patient populations and families
