- 3Document assessments and progress using standardized department protocols and regulatory guidelines
- 4Communicate critical patient information to physicians nurses and interdisciplinary teams ensuring seamless care coordination
- 5Demonstrate adaptability by assisting in various patient care areas and managing departmental shifts
- 6Direct and delegate tasks to COTAs therapists and students while maintaining competency verification
- 7Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and meet established productivity standards
- 8Collaborate with faculty at the University of Arizona College of Medicine for academic advancement
- 9Maintain accurate records reflecting comprehensive patient progress and innovative treatment approaches
- 10Lead discharge planning processes and modify referrals based on evolving patient requirements
Requirements8
- 15+ years building OT services with Spark and Airflow
- 2Current Occupational Therapy license from the State of practice
- 3BLS certification
- 4Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
- 5Magnet recognized clinical environment experience
- 6Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced high-volume settings
- 7Strong written and verbal communication skills for interdisciplinary collaboration
- 8Preferred advanced certification in neuropsychology or pediatric OT
