What You'll Do9
- 1Evaluate patient functional abilities and determine treatment needs

- 3Implement therapeutic interventions and modify plans based on progress assessments
- 4Document evaluations and treatments following departmental standards
- 5Communicate patient updates to physicians therapists and interdisciplinary teams
- 6Collaborate with field clinicians to manage caseloads effectively
- 7Train and supervise COTAs and therapy technicians
- 8Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- 9Maintain accurate records and adhere to regulatory compliance
Requirements11
- 15+ years experience in occupational therapy clinical settings
- 2AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner credential
- 3CPC Card certification preferred
- 4Blueprints certification required
- 5Spark and Airflow expertise
- 6PhD in related field
- 7BSL certification
- 8Relocation Bonus eligibility

- 10Arizona Fingerprint Clearance mandatory
