What You'll Do11
- 1Evaluate patient functional abilities and determine treatment necessity
- 2Develop individualized treatment plans addressing physical social spiritual cultural educational needs
- 3Implement therapeutic interventions and modify plans based on patient progress
- 4Document patient assessments and treatment outcomes following regulatory guidelines
- 5Communicate patient progress to physicians PTAs therapists and other healthcare providers
- 6Supervise PTA ATC therapy technicians and students ensuring competency
- 7Maintain accurate records using electronic medical documentation systems
- 8Participate in departmental meetings and continuous improvement initiatives
- 9Conduct occupational health assessments and complete required background checks
- 10Provide home care services with mileage reimbursement and company-provided technology
- 11Adapt to varying schedules while meeting minimum shift requirements
Requirements11
- 1Graduated from APTA accredited physical therapy program
- 2Current physical therapy license in Arizona
- 3BLS certification
- 4Arizona fingerprint clearance card
- 5Minimum 5+ years clinical experience
- 6Proficiency with patient care equipment and therapeutic modalities
- 7Ability to work independently in diverse healthcare settings
- 8Strong communication skills for interdisciplinary collaboration
- 9Commitment to patient-centered care approaches
- 10Experience with EHR documentation systems
- 11Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays
