What You'll Do10

  • 1Build best in class patient experiences through C I CARE during clinical and administrative interactions
  • 2Design and perform venipuncture and extended scope duties across pediatrics to geriatrics to support the care team
  • 3Lead front desk operations including check in checkout insurance verification and appointment workflows
  • 4Ship patient messages lab results and outreach tasks to providers and virtual medical team
  • 5Own office space standards maintain supplies and sterilization and uphold branding across the lobby and treatment areas
  • 6Scale team coordination through huddles rounds and ad hoc support for providers and staff
  • 7Drive daily office operations including opening closing duties and daily upkeep across multiple DC offices
  • 8Deliver effective use of technology tools Slack G suite Zoom Circulation RingCentral and EMR to complete tasks
  • 9Improve patient journey by following up on lab cases and assisting with biometric screening forms medical records and billing inquiries
  • 10Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve patient-centered outcomes across the network

Requirements9

  • 1At least 6 months of relevant experience as a Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist outside of training externships
  • 2Strong customer service and communication skills both written and verbal
  • 3High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 4Proficiency with computers including typing internet navigation and multiple software systems
  • 5Experience collaborating with diverse multidisciplinary teams including remote teams (preferred)
  • 6Ability to collect with confidence, display empathy and maintain patient trust during venipuncture
  • 7Demonstrated adaptability and ability to handle change and learn quickly
  • 8Availability for full-time work 40 hours per week with 8 hour shifts between 7am 7pm
  • 9Willingness to travel to all 6 DC offices to provide support as needed
