What You'll Do10

  • 1Build and oversee dispensing, inventory, and staffing to maintain high-quality pharmacy services across locations
  • 2Drive 340B program compliance and administration with the Program Manager to meet HRSA requirements
  • 3Lead QA investigations and root cause analyses of incidents to improve patient safety and outcomes
  • 4Provide patient counseling, drug interaction reviews, and medication education to optimize adherence
  • 5Collaborate with leadership to set performance goals for growth, efficiency, and cost control
  • 6Direct supervision of pharmacy personnel including training, scheduling, and evaluations
  • 7Monitor and improve inventory management and utilization to maximize savings
  • 8Act as Pharmacist-In-Charge and primary regulatory liaison for audits and compliance
  • 9Coordinate with multi-department teams on initiatives to improve patient care and services
  • 10Promote excellent customer service and professional standards across staff and patients

Requirements10

  • 1BS Pharmacy Degree or Pharm D AND
  • 2Three years of experience in a pharmacy management role in a retail pharmacy setting preferred
  • 3Must hold active Georgia Pharmacist license in good standing
  • 4Experience with 340B Program compliance and administration preferred
  • 5AAHIVM or other HIV expert certification or willingness to obtain during tenure
  • 6Experience using PioneerRx software or similar pharmacy management systems
  • 7Strong leadership, communication, and problem solving abilities
  • 8Ability to work long hours and manage flexible scheduling
  • 9Experience in HIV care, PrEP services, and customer service excellence
  • 10Ability to comply with state and federal drug laws and maintain controlled substances records
