Requirements6
- 1Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
- 2Active, unrestricted pharmacist license in Georgia.
- 35-7 years of clinical and operational experience in home infusion or acute care settings.
- 4Strong expertise in IV admixture services, regulatory accreditation, and team leadership.
- 5Experience with CPR+ and CareTend systems is highly preferred.
- 6Willingness to participate in administrative on-call duties; regular pharmacist on-call rotation in place.
