Requirements6
- 1Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.

- 31+ years of Director of Pharmacy experience required.
- 45-7 years combined clinical and operational experience within home infusion or acute care pharmacy settings.
