What You'll Do9
- 1Prepare specialty pharmaceuticals and IV solutions in sterile environments meeting regulatory standards

- 3Adjust Total Parenteral Nutrition therapies based on patient response
- 4Provide comprehensive counseling on medication use and catheter maintenance
- 5Coordinate care with physicians and home health nurses to optimize therapy outcomes
- 6Ensure compliance with state board regulations and federal standards including HIPAA and DEA
- 7Manage refrigerated pharmacy inventory and prepare medications for home delivery
- 8Implement sterile compounding protocols and educate patients on treatment procedures
- 9Maintain accurate documentation and support contract duration of 8-12 weeks
Requirements6
- 1Doctor of Pharmacy degree with active license in Arizona and Texas
- 21+ years experience in infusion specialty pharmacy or hospital pharmacy
- 3Familiarity with IVIg preferred for home infusion settings
- 4Knowledge of payer requirements and contract obligations for TPN therapies
- 5Current pharmacist license in Arizona and Texas
- 6Ability to work Monday to Friday with potential on-call rotations
