What You'll Do9
- 1Direct pharmacy staff and manage daily workflow to ensure accurate and timely prescription fulfillment.
- 2Verify prescription medications, including unit dose and compounding, before dispensing to patients.
- 3Administer immunizations and conduct point-of-care testing as allowed by state law.
- 4Deliver MTM services and counsel patients on medication use, side effects, and adherence.
- 5Enforce all SOPs, HIPAA standards, and legal regulations to maintain compliance and safety.
- 6Track inventory levels and manage ordering to prevent stockouts and reduce waste.
- 7Drive revenue growth by expanding clinical services and fostering customer loyalty.
- 8Maintain accurate patient records and documentation for all clinical activities.
- 9Coordinate with prescribers and other healthcare professionals to resolve medication issues.
Requirements7
- 1Active FL Pharmacist licensure with no restrictions under federal, state, and local laws.
- 2Doctorate in Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent education.
- 3Licensed Pharmacist certification required.
- 4Demonstrated leadership ability with excellent communication and team management skills.
- 5Strong attention to detail for accurate prescription verification and recordkeeping.
- 6Proven organizational and time management skills to handle high-volume operations.
