Overview

CAMBA seeks a dynamic Per Diem Shift Supervisor to lead operations at a Queens facility. You will oversee staff, ensure safety, and maintain client confidentiality while driving effective service delivery.

What You'll Do11

  • 1Maintain professional relationships with clients and uphold confidentiality standards
  • 2Practice Universal Precautions and follow security protocols
  • 3Input client data using DHS CARES database
  • 4Communicate effectively with clients and supervisors
  • 5Ensure regulatory compliance with NYS DHS and local agencies
  • 6Conduct new client orientation within 24 hours
  • 7Monitor client safety and enforce security policies
  • 8Manage shift operations and coordinate programming
  • 9Resolve conflicts and handle incidents professionally
  • 10Provide shift reports to management and funders
  • 11Enforce Good Neighbor Policy and address community concerns

  • 1High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2Computer literacy in MS Office and basic office technology
  • 3Minimum 4 years applicable experience
  • 4Bilingual proficiency in English and another language preferred
  • 5Working knowledge of CARES system
