Patient Coordinator, Medical Spa & Customer Service
Overview
Own the guest experience at a boutique medical spa with multiple AZ locations and part-time hours. You’ll handle inquiries, book appointments, and support patients before and after treatments at Peach Skin & Laser. Work across Phoenix, Tempe, Tucson, and Yuma with a friendly, collaborative team. This role stands out with in-person client interaction in a beauty-forward environment.
What You'll Do5
- 1Build rapport with patients via phone, email, and text to answer questions and coordinate visits
- 2Use software to book and manage appointments ensuring patient details are accurate
- 3Assist patients before and after treatments with clear, compassionate communication
- 4Collaborate with teams across locations to ensure smooth operations and coverage
- 5Support coordinator and supervisor duties as needed during the training period and rollout
Requirements5
- 1Excellent communication and reliability with a customer service mindset
- 2Ability to navigate multiple online software platforms with ease
- 3Willingness to work Monday, Tuesday, Saturday schedule and occasional weekday coverage
- 4Ability to commute to Tempe, AZ 85284 and relocate before starting (required)
- 5Positive attitude and enthusiasm for the beauty/med spa industry
