Requirements11
- 15+ years experience in patient registration or care coordination
- 2High School diploma or GED equivalent required
- 3Annual registration competency exam passed
- 4Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences
- 5Knowledge of medical office operations and billing basics
- 6Familiarity with medical terminology and DNV standards
- 7Preference for candidates with additional certification such as CPC Card or BCBA
- 8Physical stamina to lift up to 10 pounds and perform repetitive tasks
- 9Strong organizational skills demonstrated through record reconciliation and reporting
- 10Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
