What You'll Do5
- 1Answer inbound calls from providers members and healthcare facilities about authorizations benefits and case status
- 2Process prior authorization requests from phone fax or electronic submission and document cases in the Utilization Management system or EMR
- 3Route complex cases to RNs LVNs or Medical Directors for medical necessity review
- 4Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with payer policies
- 5Collaborate with clinical teams to resolve utilization issues swiftly
Requirements5
- 1High School diploma required
- 2Certification in Healthcare Coordination
- 33-5 years of experience
- 4Proficiency with AWS and Kubernetes platforms
- 5Strong knowledge of Spark and Airflow for ETL pipeline development
