What You'll Do11
- 1Collaborate with providers to enhance patient care delivery
- 2Prepare patients for visits and manage vital sign collection
- 3Maintain accurate electronic medical records with precise documentation
- 4Process insurance verification and coordinate referrals
- 5Administer vaccines and medications per provider orders
- 6Perform EKGs and manage in-office diagnostic tests
- 7Chaperone physicians during procedures and appointments
- 8Manage patient registration and demographic information
- 9Schedule appointments and coordinate specialty testing
- 10Conduct pre-visit planning for all scheduled patient encounters
- 11Identify and report clinical or administrative supply shortages
Requirements9
- 1High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 23-5 years medical assistant experience preferred
- 35+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 4Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) or equivalent certification
- 5Proficiency with Epic and Microsoft Office Suite
- 6Valid MA license in Massachusetts
- 7Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- 8Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- 9Strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality protocols
Salary Insight
