What You'll Do8
- 1Greet and check in patients, ensuring accurate and complete patient information
- 2Collect copays and patient balances as needed
- 3Manage appointment scheduling
- 4Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries or direct them to the appropriate department or healthcare professional
- 5Collect and update patient information
- 6Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and maintaining patient records
- 7Maintain medical, dental, vision insurance and hospitalization, accident, and life insurance documentation

Requirements7
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2High school diploma or equivalent
- 3Prior experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting
- 4Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- 5Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- 6Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast‑paced environment
- 7Proficient in computer skills and ability to learn new software systems
