- 7Collect co-pays and reconcile cash drawers daily
- 8Process insurance and disability forms along with precertification requests
- 9Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
- 10Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care
- 11Adapt to dynamic environments and handle high patient volumes effectively
Requirements10
- 1Minimum one year of registration or billing experience in a medical setting
- 2Proficiency with Epic EHR system
- 3Strong knowledge of medical insurance pre-certification processes
- 4Ability to obtain CHAA certification preferred
- 5High school diploma or equivalent with valid state license
- 6Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 7Demonstrated experience with patient outreach technologies
- 8Experience with medical transcription services
- 9Flexibility to work additional shifts and adapt to changing demands
- 10Commitment to maintaining professional ethics and patient confidentiality
