Requirements11
- 15+ years customer service or healthcare registration experience
- 2California Fire and Life Safety Card issued within 30 days of hire
- 3Track record in organizing and planning complex administrative functions
- 4Coursework in Medical Terminology or Medical Assistant program
- 5Certification as Certified Healthcare Access Associate or Certified Revenue Cycle Specialist
- 6Experience with Oracle HCM and Revenue Cycle Management systems
- 7Proven ability to obtain sensitive information confidentially and securely
- 8Strong analytical skills for identifying revenue cycle bottlenecks
- 9Excellent communication abilities for cross-functional collaboration
