Parts Inventory Clerk, Warehouse associate & supply chain support
Overview
Own inventory accuracy for parts throughout the warehouse network. Manage counts, data entry, and reporting to ensure precise stock levels across branches. Collaborate with IT and management to improve visibility and stock control. This role sits onsite in Phoenix and supports end-to-end warehouse solutions.
What You'll Do8
- 1Build and maintain accurate cycle counts and annual inventories across multiple locations
- 2Enter data and generate reports for inventory control managers to measure stock accuracy
- 3Analyze discrepancies and reconcile receipts, transfers, and stock adjustments to reduce shrink
- 4Process stock transfers and relocate parts for optimal storage and accessibility
- 5Audit branches, service vans, and customer consignments for accuracy and dispose of dead stock as needed
- 6Adjust minimum and maximum levels and support inventory planning with IT for reporting
- 7Collaborate with other departments to support parts sales activities and reporting
- 8Support off-hours inventory tasks and other duties as assigned by management
Requirements8
- 1High School diploma or equivalent
- 2Three to six months related experience and/or training
- 3Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and similar software
- 4Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- 5Ability to work off-hours and travel to counts at different locations
- 6Strong communication and ability to read procedures and safety instructions
- 7Willingness to lift up to 50 pounds and perform field counts
- 8Must be able to pass pre-employment physical and drug screen
