What You'll Do6
- 1Build and maintain accurate parts inventory levels across multiple catalogs and systems
- 2Design and track parts orders and invoices to ensure timely delivery and accurate billing
- 3Lead parts procurement for service jobs, coordinating with technicians to minimize downtime
- 4Ship and receive parts, verify part quality and compatibility, and escalate discrepancies
- 5Drive communication with vendors and internal teams to resolve shortages and expedite critical orders
- 6Own cycle counts, part reconciliation, and monthly inventory reporting to leadership
Requirements5
- 13+ years of experience managing inventory in automotive settings
- 2Experience tracking orders and invoices with strong attention to detail
- 3Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with automotive parts
- 4Intermediate to advanced computer proficiency
- 5Demonstrated ability to follow directions and communicate effectively
