Inventory Control Associate, Warehouse & WMS

Own the end-to-end warehouse cycle from receiving to shipping in a high-volume setting. You will count, label, pick, pack, and document customized orders while maintaining accuracy and safety standards. Collaborate with teammates to ensure on-time delivery and optimal inventory accuracy. Inventory Control Associate owns daily inventory accuracy across the Atlanta distribution center, from cycle counts to discrepancy resolution. You will run SAP and HighJump Warehouse Advantage systems, reconcile inbound and outbound issues, and prepare for annual physical inventory. The role sits within a fast-moving warehouse team supporting logistics operations. You'll act as the primary link between operators and system data, ensuring smooth flow. This contract-to-hire role in Fort Worth operates first shift Monday-Friday in an air-conditioned facility. You own inventory accuracy at a furniture and appliance distribution center in Orlando, managing stock counts and reconciliations across 5,000+ SKUs. You work with the Warehouse Manager to keep the WMS updated and resolve system issues with IT. You operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move stock and support order fulfillment. This role emphasizes data integrity, process improvement, and proactive problem-solving.

The Inventory Associate owns warehouse operations and ERP transactions at scale, ensuring accurate material flow from receiving to shipping.
