Overview

The Inventory Associate owns warehouse operations and ERP transactions at scale, ensuring accurate material flow from receiving to shipping. You will work hands-on in a fast-paced environment supporting production and logistics teams. This role blends physical handling with data accuracy to keep system inventory aligned with the physical stock. You will be part of a collaborative warehouse team focused on safety, reliability, and timely cycle counts.

What You'll Do6

  • 1Receive, identify, and put away materials into designated locations and move material between warehouse and production
  • 2Issue and return material to jobs based on work orders or pick lists and ensure proper labeling and organization
  • 3Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventories to identify discrepancies
  • 4Verify incoming shipments against packing slips and receiving documents and communicate shortages or damages
  • 5Perform basic inventory transactions in the ERP system including receiving confirmations and material moves
  • 6Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment and support other warehouse tasks to meet operational demands

Requirements8

  • 1Experience working in a warehouse or inventory environment
  • 2Basic understanding of inventory control and material handling
  • 3Ability to follow procedures and maintain accurate records
  • 4Comfortable working in a fast-paced hands-on environment
  • 5Experience using an ERP or inventory system (M1 ERP a plus)
  • 6Forklift certification or willingness to become certified
  • 7Experience with cycle counting or inventory audits
  • 8Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
