Receiving/Inventory Specialist, ERP & Warehouse Ops
Overview
You will own INFOR inventory accuracy and receiving across Minneapolis, Tioga, Ameri-Cool, and MAPR locations. You will manage perpetual inventory, process customer parts orders, and execute cycle counts. You will support branch transfers via UPS shipping and production builds. You will coordinate with Purchasing Manager on returns and replenishment. This role drives reliability for rental equipment nationwide.
What You'll Do9
- 1Receive and inspect shipments, match packing slips to P.O.s, and transact receipts in INFOR.
- 2Cycle-count perpetual inventory to maintain 99%+ accuracy and resolve discrepancies with controller.
- 3Fulfill customer parts orders, package, and ship via UPS while updating INFOR.
- 4Manage parts transfers for branch and field repairs, including P.O. request coordination.
- 5Support production builds by pulling BOM parts and issuing to work orders.
- 6Maintain organized stockroom and replenishment levels through visual review and P.O. creation.
- 7Document defective or incorrect items and support return process with Purchasing Manager.
- 8Lead year-end inventory process and annual physical count.
- 9Operate forklift and heavy equipment for moving shipments safely.
Requirements7
- 13+ years managing inventory and receiving in warehouse or manufacturing.
- 2High School degree or equivalent.
- 33+ years with ERP system in purchasing or inventory modules, preferably INFOR.
- 4Lift 75 lbs occasionally and 50 lbs consistently.
- 5Forklift operation certified.
- 6Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- 7Warehouse safety procedures and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
