Clerk, Logistics & ERP Operations
Overview
You will own daily ERP transactions for raw receiving, coordinating Oracle data entry with foam fabrication and discrete job releases at a luxury furniture manufacturer. You sit on the Logistics Team reporting to the Shipping and Receiving Supervisor, collaborating with Purchasing, Production, and Customer Service on material flow. What You'll Do8
- 1Update foam fabrication receipts against EDI schedules each day
- 2Release pick tickets and post back order updates for discrete jobs
- 3Track rolls and flag missing items per project for Purchasing and Receiving
- 4Enter receiving transactions for Production Requisitions, Customer Service Orders, and Deport Orders
- 5Serve as liaison between Production and Receiving for all material questions
- 6Run daily parts and depot follow-ups, updating key performance indicators
- 7Assist in cycle count process as needed
- 8Support other receiving tasks when time allows
Requirements8
- 11+ years in clerical or administrative roles with ERP systems, specifically Oracle
- 2Ability to read, write, and speak English at basic proficiency
- 3Skill in organizing and managing multiple tasks and projects with demonstrated deadline adherence
- 4Proven collaborative interaction with diverse teams in a warehouse setting
- 5Basic computer proficiency in Excel and Word
- 6Ability to pass internal forklift certification (written and driving test) and safely operate a forklift
- 7Physical capability to lift up to 100 lbs. using dollies and material handling equipment
- 8Willingness to work overtime as required
