Requirements11
- 1One year experience in grounds keeping or general labor services
- 2Basic computer proficiency for documentation and scheduling
- 3Valid Texas Class C driver’s license
- 4Ability to lift and carry up to thirty-five pounds
- 5Experience with park maintenance equipment
- 6Understanding of ADA compliance and safety standards
- 7Strong physical stamina for outdoor work in varied weather
- 8Willingness to travel between multiple job sites
- 9Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred
- 10Knowledge of vehicle operations and inspection procedures
- 11Commitment to teamwork and customer service excellence
