- 3Assist Maintenance Director during routine property inspections

- 5Handle tenant requests promptly providing excellent customer service
- 6Maintain documentation of all maintenance activities
Requirements8
- 1Knowledgeable of basic electric plumbing drywall painting carpentry ceramic tile and appliance installation removal and repairs
- 2HVAC EPA and CPO certification required
- 3Minimum three years of general maintenance experience including one year in apartment maintenance
- 4At least one year of apartment maintenance experience preferred
- 5High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to fifty pounds regularly and up to one hundred pounds occasionally
- 7Physical stamina to stand bend stoop squat and kneel for extended periods
- 8Capability to safely climb ladders and stairs daily
