What You'll Do9
- 1Complete National Center Training Institute and DAISY MIS certification requirements
- 2Recruit and supervise Early Learning Specialists ensuring quality home-based services
- 3Develop curriculum materials aligned with PC+ standards and conduct weekly staff meetings
- 4Evaluate ELSs through observations and annual performance reviews
- 5Coordinate family outreach and community partnerships for program expansion
- 6Manage program data entry and reporting in DAISY while maintaining confidentiality
- 7Prepare annual budget and liaise with external agencies for funding opportunities
- 8Conduct assessments and support families through evaluation interpretation
- 9Perform administrative tasks including scheduling and documentation
Requirements8
- 1Bilingual proficiency Spanish or Portuguese required
- 2Associate degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
- 3Minimum 4 years experience in early childhood education or family services
- 4Completion of PC+ National Center Coordinator Certification Training
- 5Experience with Google Workspace and online registration systems like Aspen
- 6Strong data analysis skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- 7Proven leadership abilities with collaborative cross-departmental experience
- 8Valid work authorization in the United States
