Associate Educational Clinical Coordinator
Overview
Pacific Clinics School-Based Intervention Teams (SBIT) deliver tiered behavioral health services across school sites community and telehealth settings. The Associate Educational Clinical Coordinator provides 1:1 service groups consultation and coaching to educators students and families while operating independently on site in homes and community settings. This role integrates feedback to meet fidelity measures and supports PBIS and SEL initiatives.
What You'll Do11
- 1Provide behavior consultation focusing on MTSS Positive Behavior Intervention Supports antecedent strategies and de-escalation techniques
- 2Mentor coach and support behavioral staff delivering direct services and implementing positive behavioral interventions
- 3Record data for students and IEP goals using electronic systems to track outcomes and treatment fidelity
- 4Assist supervisors with plan development progress summaries and assessments
- 5Develop program materials such as visual schedules and social stories to create strength-based interventions
- 6Participate in supervision team meetings and address service conflicts within 24 hours
- 7Coordinate services with internal and external providers to ensure supportive environments for clients
- 8Meet agency and program timelines for documentation compliance and deadline adherence
- 9Create and follow weekly schedules while communicating schedule changes proactively
- 10Maintain organizational skills to support customer outcomes and manage daily tasks
- 11Standby for crisis response and engage in solution-focused communication
Requirements9
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons experience in education psychology or behavior analysis
- 3Bilingual in Spanish Dari Farsi Persian and Ukrainian
- 4Bachelor`s degree in Special Education Psychology Social Work or related field
- 5Minimum two years of behavior management or case management experience with diverse populations
- 6Experience in educational settings and bilingual proficiency
- 7Valid California Driver`s license with two years driving experience and clean record
- 8Pass DOJ FBI and Child Abuse background checks
- 9Familiarity with MTSS PBIS and restorative practices
