Packaging Associate, Distribution Center

You will own the manual packaging and heavy lifting that moves product through a high-volume manufacturing facility. No prior warehouse experience is needed; we train motivated individuals who take pride in a hard day's work. You will own packaging operations in a manufacturing environment, ensuring products meet cGMP and safety standards. You will own daily order fulfillment and inventory movement across a 600K sq ft distribution center. You will operate sit-down forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and RF scanners to pick, pack, and stage products for delivery to 500,000+ customers. Working under the warehouse supervisor, you will rotate through case pick, shipping, receiving, returns, and replenishment. This role offers stable Monday-Friday shifts, overtime potential, and a clear path to senior operator or lead positions.

You will own the packaging line in a cGMP environment, verifying line clearance, labeling finished products, and preparing them for order fulfillment at a medical device facility. You work alongside quality and production teams to maintain cleanroom standards and complete sterilization documentation. This role offers a contract-to-hire path in Mahwah, NJ with $20/hour pay. You will directly impact product quality and regulatory compliance from day one.

You will own order processing and inventory movement in a high-volume distribution center. Operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment, you will stage, load, and verify products for customer delivery. Working across case pick, shipping, receiving, and returns, you'll keep the warehouse floor flowing.
