Overview
The Overnight Member Services Representative will work independently to ensure facility safety and cleanliness while fostering a welcoming atmosphere. This full-time role requires constant situational awareness and prompt issue resolution. You will handle all front desk activities including greeting members handling calls and managing member accounts. The position offers a free Black Card Membership and comprehensive benefits.
What You'll Do13
- 1Greet members prospective members and guests providing exceptional customer service
- 2Answer phones and assist callers with various questions
- 3Check members into the system and facilitate new member sign-ups
- 4Take prospective members on facility tours
- 5Update member accounts with necessary information
- 6Respond to member inquiries professionally and escalate when needed
- 7Maintain cleanliness and organize restrooms locker rooms and gym floors
- 8Report broken or missing amenities to management
- 9Follow Lost and Found policies and return lost property
- 10Clean and sanitize all areas of the club daily
- 11Stock locker rooms with proper supplies and report issues
- 12Demonstrate diplomacy and use appropriate language in all interactions
- 13Work independently overnight shifts with minimal supervision
Requirements10
- 1Minimum age 16 years old with lifting ability of 25lbs
- 218 years or older for overnight position
- 3Strong customer service skills and positive attitude
- 4Basic computer proficiency
- 5Ability to stand and walk continuously
- 6Occasional lifting up to 50lbs
- 7Experience with toxic chemical exposure
- 8Satisfactory background check
- 9E-Verify eligibility required for employment
