We seek a motivated Replacement Member Services Representative to deliver exceptional customer experiences across multiple Planet Fitness locations in Chicago. The ideal candidate will own member interactions drive operational excellence and maintain pristine facility standards. What You'll Do9
- 1Greet members prospective members and guests providing outstanding service
- 2Handle phone inquiries manage member check-ins and new member sign-ups
- 3Conduct member account updates and resolve inquiries professionally
- 4Close daily shifts and prepare bank deposits for subsequent business day
- 5Thoroughly clean and sanitize restrooms locker rooms and fitness areas
- 6Stock locker rooms with necessary supplies and report maintenance issues
- 7Maintain positive member relationships and escalate concerns appropriately
- 8Support team operations as directed by management
- 9Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Requirements5
- 118 years of age or older
- 2Strong customer service skills with positive attitude
- 3Ability to work flexible hours up to 30 hours weekly
- 4Experience with POS systems and basic computer proficiency
- 5Commitment to uphold company policies and standards
