You handle check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and account updates while keeping the club clean and organized. You work solo overnight, backed by a supportive team and manager on call. What You'll Do7
- 1Greet every member and guest who walks in during your overnight shift, creating a positive first impression.
- 2Answer phone calls with a polite and friendly tone, addressing questions and concerns promptly.
- 3Lead club tours for potential members, showcasing amenities and membership options.
- 4Process member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and amenity usage with accuracy.
- 5Update member account information in the Club Management System and resolve basic issues.
- 6Escalate complex member service questions to the Club Manager or Team Lead for follow-up.
- 7Keep the front desk area and club floor tidy, restocking supplies and wiping down equipment as needed.
Requirements7
- 11+ year in customer service, retail, or hospitality roles.
- 2Comfortable standing and walking for at least 75% of your shift.
- 3Ability to talk in person and on the phone for 75% of the shift.
- 4Basic computer proficiency for using club software and email.
- 5Capability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally for equipment or supply handling.
- 6Honesty and a strong work ethic, with reliability for overnight hours.
- 7Current availability to work overnight shifts including weekends and holidays.
