Overnight Customer Service Representative, Planet Fitness
Overview
You own the overnight member experience at Planet Fitness, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and safe from 10pm to 6am. You handle the front desk, answer calls, and give tours while keeping the club spotless and stocked. You report to the Assistant Club Manager and work closely with the Club Manager to resolve issues. This full-time role offers the chance to build fitness industry skills in a steady, overnight shift.
What You'll Do8
- 1Greet members, prospective members, and guests with a positive attitude and exceptional customer service
- 2Handle front desk duties: answer phones, check IDs and member barcodes, and facilitate new member sign-ups
- 3Take prospective members on club tours, highlighting amenities and answering questions
- 4Update member accounts and respond to questions or concerns, escalating to the Assistant Club Manager when needed
- 5Keep the club clean and safe: sanitize restrooms, locker rooms, and fitness equipment; restock supplies
- 6Report broken or missing equipment to the Club Manager immediately
- 7Follow the lost and found policy, turning in lost property promptly
- 8Monitor the club floor throughout the shift, assisting members with any needs
Requirements8
- 1High school diploma or GED preferred
- 218+ years of age
- 3Customer service background preferred
- 4Basic computer proficiency
- 5Passion for fitness and health
- 6Upbeat, positive attitude at all times
- 7Punctuality and reliability a must
- 8Strong listening and problem-solving skills
