Front Desk Closer, Overnight Fitness Club
Overview
You own the nightly close of a 24-hour fitness club, securing cash, cleaning common areas, and greeting members. You ensure the facility is ready for the next day. What You'll Do7
- 1Close the fitness center at 11:00 pm Monday through Friday, locking doors and securing all cash deposits.
- 2Clean common areas, locker rooms, and equipment to close the club in a spotless condition.
- 3Greet members and guests, verifying check-ins and assisting with account issues.
- 4Count inventory and report any discrepancies to management.
- 5Handle cash and reconcile daily transactions.
- 6Answer general questions and provide member support during evening hours.
- 7Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements9
- 1High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred.
- 21+ year in customer service, ideally in fitness or hospitality.
- 3Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- 4Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment.
- 5Ability to handle cash deposits and manage inventory.
- 6Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- 7Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- 8Punctual and reliable, available Monday through Friday from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm.
- 9Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and handle cleaning chemicals.
