What You'll Do10
- 1Haul high-value electronics, medical equipment, and aerospace products across all 48 states using 2022-2027 tractors with APUs and refrigerators.
- 2Run up to 3,400 miles per week while maintaining on-time delivery and cargo integrity.
- 3Manage your schedule to meet weekly minimum guarantees and maximize CPM earnings.
- 4Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections, documenting any issues with the onboard systems.
- 5Communicate dispatch updates and relay load status through the Qualcomm or similar platform.
- 6Uphold safety and compliance standards for Dot and company policies during every route.
- 7Maintain a clean and organized cab, using the built-in inverter to power office equipment.
- 8Participate in quarterly MPG bonus programs by optimizing fuel efficiency.
- 9Attend orientation and ongoing training to stay current with Hazmat or TWIC endorsements.
- 10Report mechanical issues to the on-site shop team in Indianapolis for immediate support.
Requirements9
- 1Class A CDL with 2+ years of verifiable OTR experience
- 221+ years old with a clean driving record
- 3Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screen
- 4Experience hauling high-value or sensitive freight is a plus
- 5Willingness to run all 48 states, including extended periods away from home
- 6Basic knowledge of ELD logging and Qualcomm communication
- 7Strong attention to detail for cargo securement and inspection
- 8Able to lift 50+ lbs for loading and unloading assistance
- 9Flexible availability for weekends and holidays as needed
