Order Puller Associate, Warehouse Operations
Overview
Own the movement and fulfillment of customer orders within a high-volume warehouse. You will operate stock picking equipment and RF scanners to pull and prepare orders for same-day pickup. You’ll join a team that prioritizes safety and accuracy and has opportunities to cross-train across departments and shifts. What You'll Do9
- 1Build and operate material handling equipment to move products within the warehouse
- 2Operate an RF scanner to accurately pick customer orders
- 3Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow safety procedures
- 4Communicate with team members to coordinate cross-department workflows
- 5Assist in loading and transporting merchandise to preparation or pickup areas
- 6Follow supervisor directions and complete training for equipment operation
- 7Tolerate working at heights and lift up to 100 lbs regularly
- 8Support multiple departments and adapt to shift schedules, including weekends
- 9Assist with other duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements8
- 1High school diploma or GED preferred
- 2Ability to obtain and maintain warehouse equipment certification
- 3Capability to lift up to 100 lbs and handle merchandise up to 250 lbs
- 4Ability to work at heights (0 to 35 feet) and stand for long periods
- 5Comfort with standing, bending, and repetitive movements for 8+ hours
- 6Willingness to work flexible shifts, holidays, and weekends
- 7Commitment to safety and following written and oral instructions
- 8Experience operating warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack, cherry picker) preferred but not required
