Order Puller Associate, Warehouse Equipment Operator
Overview
Own the stock and order fulfillment process in a high volume warehouse, enabling customers to take home furniture the same day. You will safely operate warehouse equipment to move merchandise and support multiple departments. You will receive full training and certifications for all equipment and support a safe, clean work environment. This role emphasizes independent work with teamwork and cross training opportunities.
What You'll Do10

- 4Collaborate with teammates across departments to fulfill orders
- 5Read and follow oral and written instructions accurately
- 6Cross-train in multiple departments and learn new skills
- 7Fill orders at various heights up to 35 feet
- 8Handle merchandise with lifting techniques and hand trucks
- 9Ensure accuracy and timeliness of order fulfillment
- 10Own daily responsibilities with minimal direct supervision
Requirements10
- 1High school diploma or GED preferred or equivalent experience
- 2Ability to operate or become certified in warehouse equipment
- 3Capacity to lift up to 100 lbs frequently and 250 lbs occasionally
- 4Ability to work at heights and in variable environments
- 5Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- 6Commitment to safety policies and procedures
- 7Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
- 8Ability to read, understand and follow instructions
- 9Experience with warehouse equipment such as forklift, pallet jack, cherry picker preferred
- 10Strong teamwork and independent work capabilities
